What is the nightly rate?
Sites are $65 a night plus tax, double occupancy. Holiday periods (New Year's, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas) are $70 a night with a three-night minimum. Extra guests beyond two are $5 per person per day.
What is included in the rate?
Every one of the 55 sites has water, sewer and 30/50 amp electric, and WiFi and cable are included in the rate across the whole park. Guests also have use of the showers, the laundry facility and the fenced dog park.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. The office is open daily, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Dogs stay on a leash everywhere outside the fenced dog park, and pets are not allowed in the showers, bathrooms or laundry (service animals excepted). Pets over 40 lbs carry a $40 fee. A third documented violation of the pet rules means removal from the park.
Do you offer monthly or seasonal stays?
Yes, monthly and annual stays are available. Rates change with the season, so call the office for current rates.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel with more than 72 hours notice and you receive a full refund minus processing fees. Inside 72 hours, there is no refund.
When are quiet hours?
Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, every night.
Can I have a campfire?
No. Open fires are not allowed anywhere in the park, under Village of Ruidoso restrictions.
Do Good Sam members get a discount?
Yes. Good Sam members save 10% on nightly stays. And any guest who stays three nights gets the fourth night free.
How do I book a site?
Call the office at (575) 257-2600. Reservations are confirmed by the office, your site assignment is confirmed at reservation, and you always talk to a person who knows the park.
