A short list that keeps 55 sites comfortable for everyone.
Quiet and driving.
Most of what we ask comes down to going slow and keeping the evenings quiet.

- Speed limit5 MPH throughout the park
- Open firesNot allowed, under Village of Ruidoso restrictions
Sites and hookups.
- Sewer collarRequired at every sewer hookup
- VehiclesOne RV and one vehicle per site
- Site assignmentConfirmed at reservation; confirm with the office before parking
- Check-in / outCheck-in from 2:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM
Pets.
Dogs are welcome. The fenced dog park is the one place they run off leash.
Pets stay on a leash everywhere in the park outside the fenced dog park. Pets are not allowed in the showers, bathrooms or laundry facility, service animals excepted.
Pets over 40 lbs carry a $40 fee. A third documented violation of the pet rules means removal from the park.
Cancellations.
Cancel with more than 72 hours notice and you receive a full refund minus processing fees. Inside 72 hours, there is no refund.
