The terms of a stay at RV Resorts of Ruidoso, in plain language.
When you book a site at RV Resorts of Ruidoso, 25943 US Hwy 70, Ruidoso, NM 88345, you agree to the terms on this page and to the park rules. These terms are kept short on purpose, and the office is happy to walk through any of them by phone.
Rates and payment.
Rates are subject to change. The rate confirmed by the office at the time of your reservation is the rate that applies to your stay. Nightly rates are based on double occupancy, and extra guests beyond two are $5 per person per day.
Holiday periods (New Year's, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas) carry a three-night minimum stay. Monthly and annual rates are quoted by the office and change with the season.
Cancellations.
Cancel with more than 72 hours notice and you receive a full refund minus processing fees. Inside 72 hours, there is no refund.
Park rules.
The park rules apply to every guest for the full length of the stay. They cover quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM), the 5 MPH speed limit, the ban on open fires, the sewer collar requirement, and one RV and one vehicle per site. Your site assignment is confirmed at reservation; please confirm with the office before parking.
Pets.
Pets stay leashed outside the fenced dog park and are not allowed in the showers, bathrooms or laundry facility, service animals excepted. Pets over 40 lbs carry a $40 fee. A third documented violation of the pet rules means removal from the park.
